This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Community Ally (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Policy applies to our website visitors, business contacts, members, agents and other individuals who interact with us. We provide additional information for residents of California below.

Identifying Information

Community Ally Sites may have links to other websites, and users visit those sites as their own choice. These sites have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions, and Community Ally Sites are not responsible for or in charge of these sites.
Community Ally uses third-party individuals and organizations to assist our site, including web hosts, contractors, and others as needed. We may delegate our authority to collect, access, use and disseminate your information within the scope of our business and site. Any and all authorizations granted to Community Ally will be extended to any third party that we may hire, contract with, or otherwise retain the services of for the purposes of operating, maintaining, repairing, or otherwise improving or preserving our website or its underlying files or systems. Community Ally will, at all times, make a good faith effort to protect any information collected. Without limiting any liability, you authorize Community to collect, share, exchange, and otherwise use your information with the following:

● Amazon – Provides document storage;
● Microsoft – Provides website hosting services;
● Stripe – Provides premium plan and resident payment processing;
Community Ally Sites uses third-party services to support their site, such as web-hosting, document storage, and payment processing. As a result, Community Ally Sites may have to share information with these vendors, but will do their best to protect any information shared.
We may disclose your personal information to professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
For compliance, fraud prevention and safety we may share your personal information for the compliance, fraud prevention and safety purposes described above. In the event that we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may elect to notify you, or we may attempt to quash the subpoena ourselves, but we are not obligated to do either. You release us from any damages that may arise from or relate to the release of your information to a request from law enforcement agencies or private litigants. Community Ally Sites never sells or shares user information. In the event that Community Ally Sites is purchased or ownership is otherwise changed, Community Ally Sites reserves the right to amend this policy, and will notify Users in the event of changes.
There are a few circumstances where Community Ally Sites may have to share information for compliance, or in the event of an audit, or lawsuit. While this is unlikely, users will not hold Community Ally Sites liable for this. Community Ally does not share or sell information.

However, we can make no representations as to the security or privacy of your information. Community Ally Sites does not share information we may collect outside of Community Ally Sites and our subcontractors, regardless of the User’s location. Community Ally Sites maintains strict compliance with California Law. If you are a consumer with a California mailing address, we will not share information we collect about you with companies outside of Community Ally Sites, unless the law allows. Community Ally Sites takes security seriously, and we do our best to protect any information shared with us, but we recommend that users have tools like anti-virus software and firewalls to help keep their information secure.
